Nonprofits and their private/public partners have the infrastructure and opportunities to share information, create relationships, and work together for the greater good of the Rochester area community.

Nonprofits are maximizing community impact, minimizing duplication, and optimally utilizing limited resources.

Nonprofits (leaders, staff, and boards) have access to the knowledge and resources necessary to serve their constituents’ needs and proactively identify and address gaps in community needs.

Nonprofits are committed to equity and racial justice and will continually listen, learn, and act in ways that address structural racism and inequality. Individuals have a sense of belonging when they feel secure and safe to be their true selves, honored, and acknowledged in any space.
